Your Toyota Trade-in May Not Bring in as Much as You Thought

Toyota had to add hundreds of thousands of Prius Cars to its already massive recall list. This time it’s a problem with the breaks. And if you own a Toyota you won’t get as much for it on a trade in today. Toyota’s problems have cut the cars value.
• In fact, some car dealerships refuse to take Toyota’s as trade in,

• Go to the web. And try Kelley Blue Book at http://www.kbb.com/  It will give you a resale and trade in value

• You will also want to try,  http://www.edmunds.com/ Its pretty accurate and says the Toyota trade-in value could fall by as much as 10% before it’s done..

• and   http://www.internetautoguide.com/used-car-values/index.htm can give you an idea of how much you get if you sell the car yourself.

Some analysts say if you can hold on and get the problem fixed, the cars value may come back up.
