The latest national unemployment numbers show businesses are starting to hire. So make sure you are ready to get that job. Follow this advice.
• Take control of your career. The average person works 11 full time jobs and five different careers over a life time. Settle on one!
• Take stock of yourself, before you go to that interview- what are your strengths, and then fix your weaknesses.
• The only way to ensure you get a rewarding job is by doing something important for which there is a demand in the marketplace.
• Look at your job search as a full-time job -40 hours a week
• Keep an eye out for news of new products and then seek out key people in the company.
