As we head into the middle of August it’s safe to assume many of us are gearing up for football season!!! It’s also safe to say we all will be attending at least one football party this fall and I have the perfect recipe to share with your friends. Not only is it delicious, it’s another fast and simple recipe that you probably already have the ingredients you need in your fridge. I hope you enjoy… Thanks mom for another great recipe! Go Pirates and Noles!!

Hi, it’s me again with a follow-up. When Pete & I were spreading beer, instead of paint and watching football at our favorite watering hole this was a recipe from the place. I know because I moonlighted there one summer!
Take 1 lb. of ground beef browned, melt a 1 lb. brick of Velveeta cheese , mix both with a can of Rotel stewed tomatoes w/chiles. Drizzle mixture over a bag of tortilla chips or freshly deep-fried tortilla chips and dot the mix with sour cream, sprinkles of chives, black olives & fresh bacon bits. Its good left-over cold too!
That sounds delicious too!! Thanks for the added recipe David! =0)
